Ilaria was super nice and also answered fast. she also gave us private transfer to the next location herself for a very fair price. the flat is directly at the beach with a wonderful beach bar. our littke son enjoyed it so much. Ilaria also organized a babybett and baby chair.

Cute apartment hosted by a wonderful human. Everything as described, the apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. Ilaria welcomed us personally and also came to say good bye early in the morning. Quick and easy access to the beach. The view from the balcony is awesome. 100% recommended.

We had 2 wonderful days directly at the beach! The Flat was as described, without negative surprises. The Rooms were very clean, everything in the kitchen and bathroom worked well, the roof terrace was a great spot to eat and chill in the sun. The only negatives were: not the best cooking utensils for the overall Price and that there is only the beach nearby, we were a bit lost without a car. Therefore, if you have no car like us, you should do grocery shopping before you check in. Ilaria is a very experienced and professional host, she did more than we could expect from her! Overall, we give 4,8/5 stars, it was a bit pricy for the location but unbeatable in comparison to a stay directly in Rome.

Ilaria was terrific, warm, friendly and greeted us with a hug. She made it personal rather than self check in which was a nice change from others on our trip. Ilaria is a terrific caring host who went out of her way to help us. Her place is unique and comfortable with a top deck view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. It’s not close to shops or very many restaurants. The grocery is a 16min walk so we got all our needs in one trip which made the return trip tougher. The Burger Bar that has rave reviews was very ordinary to us, burgers were below average in our opinion. The sea is a delight. It was sunny during our stay but quite cool.
