We’ve rented in Quogue many summers before and this may be our favorite house. Great backyard set up with the tennis court, pool, and outdoor TV area all next to each other so everyone could be together while doing different things. Very good BBQ set up as well. House was very clean when we arrived. Nice surprise to have double washer/dryers in the basement. The master bed/bath was really nice too. There were some items that needed to be fixed during our stay and Matt was super responsive and had vendors at the house immediately to address any issues. Would rent again!

This was our second summer staying at Matt & Nicole’s house. We had a great time. Their house is spotless and well equipped. They also upgraded parts of the house and looks amazing! They are great hosts who are always super responsive & helpful. Our family can’t wait to stay here again.

My family and I do at least three vacations a year. Matt and Nicole was by far the best host, I have every work with. We visited their home for the Thanksgiving holiday (November 23-27, 2022) with our in laws from Ohio. They gave us clear directions on how to enter the house and the time we could enter. We arrive straight from JFK airport so we was ready for dinner when we arrived. Nicole left a list of local restaurants in area with address. We had a couple of really minus issues with the heat and the hot water but Matt and Nicole had some one out the same day with in the hour to repair it and afterwards check to make sure everything was good. This house was really clean and had everything we need to have a perfect weekend. It is also 15-20 miles from almost everything the grocery stores, the restaurants , the beach, and great walking trails. We will definitely be back and will be referring this location to our family and friends.

Matt is an awesome host and the house is setup perfectly for a fun stay. Would definitely stay again!
