Multiple positive reviews brought me here. It's a nice place and the people really take the place serious. I have been to other AirBnB but this is best and well organized. The room has self DSTV decoder, you can change channels and a separate clean water for bathing. WiFi Speed is very good Nearby Supermarket Light is 24hr, AC works with nepa light They guy is very responsive, les than a minute, he will reply your message

PROS: This is my second time staying here. I actually left one Airbnb prematurely after bad experiences to come back here. It’s refreshing having a proactive and highly responsive host. CONS: If I could change anything, it would be the water quality—as mentioned before by previous guests in reviews but Lekki doesn’t have the best water in general. It’s the reason why guests are given complementary sachet water. After communicating the concern to the host he acknowledged it and informed me that the water is treated twice a week even though it’s not clear. The water situation, though not ideal, was easy to manage because of the pros of the stay/host. Hospitality and professionalism is what ultimately made me decide to stay here regardless.

Adeyemi was very responsive which I really like and I like the fact that the cleaner comes in 3times a week to tidy up. I definitely was comfortable and liked the staffs too. I definitely recommend.

SGSY apartment is just exactly as described and safe! I arrived late at midnight and couldn’t get into the estate as I wasn’t a resident, Yemi was super helpful. I was surprised he was awake at odd hours to grant me access, directed me as I navigate my way around the estate and even took it upon himself to welcome me at the gate. There’s nothing’s better than good services and that’s what this host offers. I recommend this apartment for everyone.
