Katu was an amazing host— she was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was great— very clean, nice spacious room, great amenities and location. Great deal and absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend

Great location. Booked this place to work remotely and explore Manhattan in the evening. It includes a great lounge on the 25th floor to WFH (w/wifi) if you don't want to work inside the room, though the room desk was very helpful and useful while I was there. The lounge has a terrace with 180° views (my favorite part). Access to building is easy. Room is spacious. I appreciated the full body mirror/styling tools and the extra chair which I used to place my luggage instead of having it on the floor. Bed was comfortable, but some of the furniture was visibly broken and dusty. What really disappointed me was the condition of the bathroom. I felt like I couldn't touch anything, and there was hair everywhere. Had to buy hand soap and disinfecting wipes to use while there. Also, I wish recommendations to coffee shops and places to eat were provided. I asked the host, but she just said there are just so many, which is true, but it's always nice to get recommendations from a local.
