We have a great time and the kids love the fact that the beach was right on our door step. John looked after us very well and was very helpfully with information and if things needed fixing was quick to respond. We would recommend this Villa to all our friends and family and would definitely book it again if we ever go back to Koh Sumai.

We were on a family trip my brother, mum and myself. Impressed with responsiveness, nothing was too much trouble. It was very clean and comfortable, lots of space definitely enough for the 6 people as it hosts. The check in and out process was smooth. The villa is straight onto the beach. It is between two bars/restaurants which were perfect as they deliver food and drinks but the music was low enough that you didn’t hear it at night. John was on hand to support with everything! We would 100% come back!!

Ich war erstaunt, da der Strand am Haus absolut nicht aussah wie auf den Bildern. Beim check in wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass vor kurzem ein heftiger Sturm stattfand, der viel Sand vom Strand weg spülte. Somit fanden wir eine ungesicherte Terrasse vor, die 1,5 Meter hoch über dem Strand bzw Meeresspiegel war. Was sich für uns mit Kleinkindern natürlich zum Problem darstellte. Ich war ehrlich gesagt etwas sauer, da wir vorab auch keine Info erhielten, dass sich die Unterkunft nicht mehr in dem Zustand befindet wie online abgebildet. Wir sprachen das Problem direkt an und man kam uns wirklich sehr entgegen. Zudem bekamen wir noch einen Late Check Out on top. Der Host wollte die Bilder aktualisieren und laut Einheimischen spült das Meer den Sand mit der Zeit auch zurück. Also bezieht sich meine Aussage nur auf dem Momentzustand. Ansonsten alles top und wirklich 1a Lage. Für uns letztendlich dann doch die schönsten Tage in unserem Urlaub und wir würden auch gerne wieder kommen. Vielen dank!

La villa est super bien située. La plage est grande et les soirées paisible pour passer d’agréables moments entre amis devant un bbq. LLes hôtes sont réactifs et flexibles pour l’arrivée et le départ. Notre vol a été retardé ils se sont organisés pour nous permettre de bénéficier de la villa un maximum jusqu’à l’heure du départ. Le propriétaire est français et sympa un plus pour les échanges non anglophone 😉.
