A bus stop is 2 minutes from the front door and it will take you to and from downtown within 20 minutes. The space includes a bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with towels and amenities, desk, smart TV with Netflix, garden and keypad access. Great for business & leisure travellers! The house is a corner lot and the suite is a main level 1 bedroom suite in the Tillicum neighbourhood. Lots of parking outside when you arrive in the front driveway and the entrance is through the front door to get to your suite. The front has an outdoor seating area with umbrella. Kitchenette is equipped with a gas range, apartment size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, cookware, knife set, dish ware, cooking & dining utensils. We also add basic cooking condiments, wraps, parchment paper, foil, and paper towels. The kitchen is also is set with a dish rack & washing supplies, cleaning supplies, vacuum, quick mop and broom. Garbage, recycling, compost bins all included with liners. Living room comes with a double sized pull out sofa with linen set and pillows. There's a 32 inch Roku smart TV, complementary Netflix, and free streaming services (including some basic live streamed channels), a Goo-gle smart home assistant hub, coffee table, side tables with lamps, dining table for 4, cabinet with extra amenities, boardgames, light exercise yoga items, some children's toys and books, and brochures for Victoria activities. At the front, there is a coffee and tea station with a coffee pot, kettle, mugs, wine glasses, a selection of coffee, tea, and condiments. Bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with four pillows and luxurious duvet. There is also a workspace desk with charging station, side tables, closet with dresser, and ironing board. Bathroom has a glass shower, sink vanity, toilet, hair dryer, and bathroom amenities (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, toothbrush, kit, vanity kit, sewing kit). The laundry is located in a separate out building on the far side of the house. It includes two full size stacker laundry units with complementary laundry detergent. To get there go around the side and then turn right and the separate out building is tucked in behind the cedar trees.
