Apartamento confortável para três hóspedes, prático para descansar, trabalhar e fazer as refeições. O Ar Condicionado é excelente, o que é importante no verão de Catanduva. A Localização é de fácil acesso. O wi-fi é ótimo para quem for trabalhar e participar de reuniões online. A noite o local é silencioso. A anfitriã sempre respondeu rápido e antecipou as nossas necessidades.

Tudo certo, nos atendeu 100%. Apartamento limpo, roupas de banho e cama limpos. Se tornou nossa casa em Catanduva, já nos hospedamos várias vezes. Rebeca é uma excelente anfitriã.

We told Rebecca about late check-in and she accommodated. We never realized however that we ended up arriving at 4 am the next morning. Yes she was responsive when we arrived. The apartment was simple, modern and has many windows. Bedrooms are air conditioned. There are ceiling fans in both rooms and the sitting room. It is a gated neighborhood, managed very professionally. Hostess was very kind. There was an internet failure in the whole neighborhood and she extended sincere apologies even though it was not her fault, so much so that she visited us with a loaf of freaky baked bread. The neighborhood has a little more mosquitoes than expected. A note for caution as you may need to keep windows shut. Plenty windows but they feature stained glass so natural lighting is blocked during the day, in case you favor a lot of brightness from the nature. Overall a five star stay and we are sure to come back with next in town. Thank you Rebecca.
