It is a wonderful getaway! At the end of the university semester, it is so nice to get to have a little vacation with my friends. The place is just marvelous and we had an unforgettable experience, thanks to kindhearted Danny and Lily.

The property is lovely. Beautiful waterfront, cute little forest for waking the dogs. Note that there are neighboring dogs that you will hear during your stay. I walked the dogs on the street and it was surprisingly busy for this seemingly quiet area. We were there when temps hovered around - 5 C and though the space heaters made it tolerable, the floors were freezing. The esthetic is lovely, just as pictured, though it’s layered on top of an older structure that still shows signs of age. We struggled to get the spa at temperature but finally the issue was resolved. Overall, I found there were several things that could’ve used prior explanation/instruction. Whoever I was messaging c at “Danny and Lily” didn’t seem too familiar with the particulars of the property. Important to note that this is a 3 bedroom property, not 4, as has a set of bunkbeds in the hallway outside the bedrooms. This area is too cold for people to sleep in in winter.
