I’d be reluctant to re-book with Evolve and with this house in particular, because: - the house could be nice if it were better kept. It is showing signs of extensive deferred maintenance. Rusting furniture. Burnt out lights. Leaking plumbing. Tired/dirty furniture & accessories. It’s clearly a house that is 100% Airbnb, and it shows. The way the living rooms are set up and furnished does not make sense. It’s been probably a couple years since it was refreshed, so be aware. - communication with Evolve, the management company, was slow, anonymous and at one point, bizarre. I enquired 2-3 times starting 24hours ahead of our stay as to the possibility of an early check in. Texts and emails to all listed options went unanswered. I called the Airbnb number once we were in town and they had a standard response of: No. Then on our last night they texted out of the blue asking if we’d been a part of some strange scam, asked weird questions then said never mind. Very odd.

Clean and close to airport House had everything you would need, even for the beach. A beautiful view from the back patio

The property is just like the pictures. It is very peaceful and a great place to unwind. The kitchen is full stocked with everything you need to entertain and make meals. The host's are quick to reply with any question or issue. We had one issue and the handyman was there within an hour to resolve it. I would recommend and stay again.
