This is the first time we’ve visited Emerald Isle and I’ve got to say we enjoyed every second. The house was beautiful the location beautiful, such a peaceful relaxing time we had. You feel like if as you had the whole beach to yourself. Jordan was very nice made us feel very welcomed in his home, even checked in on us when there was bad weather on our final day. 10/10 recommend staying here!

The Oar House exceeded our expectations in every way! Jordan was extremely responsive and flexible with our requests and questions. He was completely engaged throughout our entire booking process and stay whenever we communicated with him. The home perfectly suited our needs. We love that area of Emerald Isle and having a pool with the property was a bonus especially for the kids. Jordan had bikes, beach chairs, pool floats, games, grill, yoga mats, towels- all for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed, including sharp kitchen knives (which we can never find at other Airbnbs/rentals). My favorite amenity is the pellet ice maker!!! Beautifully decorated. Deck is an amazing space. Rec room was perfect for fun! Very clean. So many personal touches. We made such great memories there! We are looking to book again next summer. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach house for our family of 10 - 4 kids, 6 adults. Home has much more than the information provided leads you to believe in terms of both space and amenities. Great location. Kitchen has every kind of pot/pan/utensil you could possibly need . And the house has every pool and beach product that exists. Jordan & Abigail were very communicative and responsive.

Jordan and Abigail’s home is beautiful ! It has more than enough space for 10 guests if need be, we are a family of 5 and only used 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Kitchen is completely stocked, washer and dryer seemed new so we were comfortable using. If you have Littles (we went with a brand new 5 and 4 year old and our 11 month old) having walkable beach access is always life changing, and a pool for another activity to keep them busy is always a plus. The public beach access point is one house away, but that didn’t affect the space on the beach, plus you can walk down about ten houses to the “end” and find even more beautiful empty beach space. I wish I knew how much more was provided at the house so I could have packed a little lighter! The house is also all nearly brand new/remolded, Jordan and Abigail did a fantastic job with the house and communicating/answering some of our questions! Thank you again !

A wonderful beach visit. Great kitchen, fully stocked, great location with a pool! Couldn’t ask for more.
