Great house , very clean , no issues

This was a great AirBnB. It is updated, clean, really good location and has all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The only challenges to be aware of are, you need to call Vacasa way in advance of anything you might need. It takes them 3-4 days to get back with you. Therefore, to have the pool heated call and pay way in advance. Also, the gas BBQ and fire pit need someone who can get them going without the push button starter. These are not big issues and once done everything will be perfect. It really is a wonderful, fully stocked, home that your friends and family will love..

The house and pool were as described and comfortable. Furniture in bunk room was low quality and seemed to be falling apart. Kitchen cooking utensils and serving bowls could have been better stocked. The thing that really put a damper on the trip was Vacasa Floridas support and response. The door code stopped working on day 1 and pool heater was off when we got there. Property management was located in Oregon and wanted to troubleshoot over the phone with no success. Got the lock issue fixed after almost a day of phone tag. Pool issue was never addressed and we got in 1 time over the 5 days we were there. I will be avoiding Vacasa properties in the future.

Bed swallowed my wife and I whole. We couldn't move without assisting one another. Front door appeared to be previously broken into. Good location. AC works great. House is new and updated. Host communication is extremely slow. Garage code does not work. Front door code is extremely long and buttons are overly sensitive causing multiple re-entry attempts. Request pool to be heated 72 hours before your visit because if you wait until your arrival date to request they will not do it for you even if you are staying for 7 days. Hairs found on bed sheets. Microwave is modern and it would be helpful if there were instructions on how to use it. Ice maker in the refrigerator would not produce ice. Neighbors are close and can see into the pool area. Better communication from the host could have solved a lot of our issues. We left on day 3 of our 7 day stay and checked into a Marriott down the street.

Overall, we had a wonderful trip! The house was perfect for a large group as there was a spacious open concept living room and kitchen. The pool was a perfect touch, offering a place to cool off and relax. It was a quick trip to the beach with lots of local restaurants and bars. The only downside was a few amenities didn’t work (missing remotes, inconsistent WiFi, and a broken ice maker in the fridge) but it did not detract from our experience! We would happily come back to visit again!
