Our family's reservation at Staybridge Suites was not great. The front desk staff not only gave us the wrong rooms at check-in but gave us less rooms than we paid for. Staybridge Suites then tried to imply that we made a mistake when booking our rooms, but actually it was their mistake for not reading our reservation correctly. The front desk staff also were really hard to reach, they were rude, inconsiderate and did not try to fix the rooms' issue at all. Due to this issue and many others with this hotel, we tried to check out early but the hotel staff did not properly respond to any of mine or Airbnb's requests to confirm the early check-out. This hotel made our family's stay really unpleasant, unfortunately we had pre-paid for our stay so we had not choice but to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Myself and the family were at Staybridge for over two weeks. Truly outstanding service, very friendly staff. The rooms were nicely air conditioned and sound proof. The curtains were property blacked out and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was cheerful, their staff in the breakfast area, specially Daljeet looked after us very well. All in all a great experience.
