The moment we walked into Paola & Gabriel's place in El Poblano we felt right at home. The loft apartment was exactly as described. It's spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped for a long-term stay. As we like to cook we were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. The bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Spacious walk in closet adjacent to the bedroom. The apartment has a washing machine, which also was a bonus. Strong wifi connection. The best part of the apartment are the two balconies that offer a cityscape view of Medellín - truly stunning. The hosts were gracious and extremely helpful throughout our 2 month stay. The building security team were equally lovely to work with. The apartment is located uphill from the commercial section of El Poblano. Close enough to walk to but far enough from all the bar/disco noise. Truly a fantastic place to stay.

Space is as beautiful in person as in pictures. Building is secured at all times and is located on a quiet residential street. It’s about 10-15 min walk to all the happenings things. I wish there were some options for coffee and groceries closer but I did enjoy how quiet the area was at night. Per listing description. unit has no A/C. If you are someone who is used to colder indoor temperatures, be mindful of it getting warm during the day.

Great stay. Residential area of El Poblado but very close to provensa and many restaurants and bars. The space is nicely decorated, clean and has a great view of the city. Very secure building.

Paola's place is a total gem. I stayed there for an extended period during a language immersion program, and it was wonderful to open up the sliding doors to the balcony every morning and settle into my desk. I could write a book at that desk and with that awesome view. Paola and Gabriel are excellent hosts, and staying in their home feels very special. It is a bit of a hike up the hill from Parque Leiras and the Poblado metro, so best for an extended stay rather than a quick visit. Thank you Paola and Gabriel!
