Muy buena comunicación, muy limpia la casa, tal cual descrita en la publicación, la piscina tenía un color verde oscuro pero al avisarles rápidamente enviaron a los de mantenimiento y le hicieron el tratamiento, no quedó del todo bien pero se podía utilizar porque químicamente estaba en buen punto

***Warning**The house had bed bugs. They did relocate us. However, after admitting the house indeed had them I ask for 50% refund. I was insulted with 10% and then 30%. they refused to stand up to what they claimed is a clean, sanitized house. If we were not so far from home, we would have ended our stay.

Cons: 1) The pool heater didn’t work 2) the Pool was not clean (dead lizard at the bottom of the pool and bag of plastic, green stuffs) 3) the beds and pillow smells funny (bring your own bed dress and pillow) 4) the fire alarm battery was low and there was a annoying beep every 2 minutes Pro: 1) a lot of rooms 2) nice home theater and arcade 3) a lot of towels 4) big dinner table
