Puan Norul has been responsive since I wanted to book the place. The instructions, recommendations and map was very clear and precise. Kak Mazni the caretaker was very helpful and PakNgah too! On the first day we asked is there any kettle but the place doesn’t has it cause there’s Coway, in the end Kak Mazni / PakNgah bought a new kettle for us and send to us on the same day! The space was beaaaaautiful, neat, and the pool was perfect size and depth for kids. Amenities was complete. Oh not to forget, the moment we stepped in, there was fresh pandan and flower smell from the hall to the rooms! Love the small touch like that. And the welcoming kuih and drinks was thoughtful. We even requested for special menu for breakfast and they delivered. Thank you so much to Puan Norul, Kak Mazni and daughter Tisha and too PakNgah too. It was a perfect stay for us, the Amran’s family 🤍

Driving towards the villa, as the lane getting narrower, my mother muttering under her breath I must have gotten lost. Then we turned, and suddenly an impressive entrance gate, like a hidden gateway within walled compound. The Villa is located in a tranquil and lovely neighbourhood, within easy access to Kuala Terengganu but yet feeling almost remote. The space has a warmth charm that captivates soonest we walked through the entrance way, with beautiful landscape, water features and a large pool in the courtyard. It is a well appointed place with careful thoughts and practical design. Timeless design of wood craft interiors and exteriors gives it the Balinese charm. We love that the place looks and feels beautiful, tastefully decorated, yet a signed kid's doodling on the wall. Rooms are completed with quality beddings and toiletries. Highly Recommended, this gem is perfect for a memorable family retreat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay throughout at this villa. The owner Norul was very proactive and did her best to cater to any queries or needs we had. The house itself has a balinese concept. The sounds of water coming from the swimming pool and fountain were very therapeutic. Swimming pool was also very clean and contains salt water. The house has this sweet scent of flowers throughout and is located in a quiet rural area. The caretakers of the villa were very helpful and friendly providing tips on where to eat and what to do in kuala terengganu. They even helped to set up the fire for our BBQ night which was fantastic. They had tons of kitchenware so you don’t need to bring any. If you are thinking of coming to kuala terengganu with a big group of either family or friends i would highly recommend this villa. You will really enjoy it 👍

We‘ve had a fabulous time in the villa with with a friend families. The villa is huge and very comfortable, we didn’t missed anything and the kids loved the private pool. Norul and her staff have been very friendly and where always helpful. We loved this place !
