Gustavo’s place was incredible!!! One of the nicest airbnb’s I’ve stayed at over the years. The panoramic view is unbeatable and the place is very well designed and well kept. Gustavo was super helpful in coordinating a car for us and helping us out with other local recommendations!! He went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed!! Highly recommend and we hope to be back again sometime soon!

Gustavo was a fantastic host and very supportive and communicative. This home is beautiful and well equipped, except for a shortage of baking measurement utensils. The location is stunning and located within 30 minutes of town and 1.5-2 hours of Torres Del Paine park. That said, the one thing that was disappointing was the wind. We knew Patagonia is windy, but the wind at this particular house is very high due to its natural position on the hill. This is what gives it amazing beauty, but guests need to know it comes with a lot of noise when it is really windy, which is often. All said, if you want a beautiful location that’s not all the way in the parks, but isn’t in the city either, this is good, just know to expect the wind noise. For hosts, Gustavo is fantastic and will take excellent care of you.

Beautiful house and location. Everything was as described and more beautiful than the pictures. Gustavo was very responsive and helpful-sending detailed directions and coordinating for us to be met by the housekeeper to get into the house and receive instructions. Gustavo checked in with us and helped answer any questions we had about the house and area.

We had a wonderful stay with 4 adults in Puerto Fjord. The views at the house are incredible from all rooms and the house and fireplace is very comfortable. Check-in was very easy, although we had some confusion about check out time. The location was perfect to get into Puerto Natales (30 minutes) and for driving up to Torres Del Paine (1 hour 45 minutes).
