Scott and Mitch's place was great for what my pup and I needed for a month. It was so nice that there was a park down the street, and sidewalks and streetlights for night time/early morning walks. Note that this IS a storefront - there are the front window and lots of natural light, but no windows that you can open. There is also a tenant upstairs, which you can hear quite clearly when they're home (which was maybe about 3 nights the whole month). There are 3 very local bars within walking distance (no restaurants), and I never felt unsafe outside at night. Very, very easy drive to Madison, which was one of the best parts. Mitch was super helpful in getting a few items cleaned when I got there, and providing pots and pans that did not seem to be there beforehand. Definitely recommend as a great place to stay for a weekend - thank you for everything!

Appartamento molto grande e sorprendente ricavato all'interno di una vecchia ferramenta. Il salone si affaccia sulla strada tramite la vetrina dove sono mostrarti oggetti vintage. Cucina ad isola funzionale, completa di microonde e forno elettrico che non ho utilizzato perché non manutenuto. Sono presenti una bella camera matrimoniale e due piccole camere da letto che sfortunatamente nella parte superiore sono comunicanti per cui sono poco silenziose e non hanno privacy. Bagno grande e biancheria pulita. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il rubinetto dell'acqua in cucina che è stato riparato prontamente. Il paese di Albany è grazioso ma non vi sono servizi come supermarket e ristoranti. E possibile divertirsi facendo tubing sul vicino fiume.

Enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located down the block from S&B tubing, very cool loft space with vintage flair. We only had 3, but perfect for larger groups. Easy check in and out. Would stay again.

I believe this was our 3rd time staying at Scott's place. You really can't beat the location! Right next to, literately, the local bars and sugar river tubing. Scott and Mitch are super easy and quick to communicate with. Can't wait to be back next year!

This is a very unique place to stay in a small village. It was perfect for our needs as we visited my son close by. Place was clean and neat. Loved all the unique antiques.
