I stayed here for two months as a travel nurse. The location was 6 minutes away from the Hospital I was working at which was absolutely perfect for my needs. You are about 10-15minutes from downtown Buffalo and about 30mins from Niagara Falls! I received the apartment spotless with many amenities and you can tell everything is newly renovated. As a solo female traveler I always felt safe and had no issues. Thank you for a great stay!

This precious AirBNB was my home away from home from August 2022 to January 2023. As a travel nurse, Miriam and Kent's place had everything one would need during a long-term stay. They are gracious and welcoming and check in from time to time to see if they can provide any needed accommodations. The kitchen has a great gas range top and is well stocked. The bathroom is beautifully renovated and with a towel warmer! The washer and dryer are exceptional. The space comes with a personal parking spot should you have a car. I will say that this is by far the best place I have rented with the most wonderful hosts. If I could give a rating beyond 5 stars, I would. I recommend this place to anyone staying in western NY 1000%. Thank you again, Miriam and Kent, from the bottom of my heart for being wonderful during my stay.

The apartment literally was my home away from home. I’m a travel nurse and it was my sanctuary after a long day at work. It was everything I needed it to be for my stay. Cozy, warm, and inviting. Miriam and Kent are kind owners that were nothing but accommodating going above and beyond making you feel welcome and apart of something special. This apartment is truly a diamond in the rough.
