This cabin was lovely. In the woods, silence at night, wonderful wood fire in the living room, comfy king bed in the main bedroom, carpeting throughout, the kitchen was well stocked - lots of pots & pans, chinaware, & gadgets including a zester & a pan for poaching eggs! Coffee and tea provided. Lots of shampoo and body wash provided; bring your own conditioner and lotion if needed. I couldn't find the hairdryer so bring one if you use one. The wifi wasn't working but we didn't expect service in this remote location anyway. There is cell service (ATT) outside the John Muir Lodge in Grant Grove. There's a TV in the cabin but we don't usually watch it, so didn't try it out. It's an easy 1/2 mile walk to Grant Grove market, restaurant, and visitor center. Download maps beforehand. I use the Gaia map app on the phone which worked great. We were so lucky to find this cabin in the midst of Sequoia/Kings Canyon Park, I expect we will be returning.

This cabin exceeded our expectations! After 3 flights in one day, getting a rental car, driving to Kings Canyon, arriving at the cabin was an oasis of peace & quiet! Very clean, had everything we needed for cooking, bathing, etc. even down to the can opener I asked Cheyenne about. Very close to Kings Canyon Visitor Center, we walked over there the 2nd night we were there, total of 15 minutes! Nice to leave the car behind for a bit. So wonderful to sit out on the porch in the early evening, after a busy day in the NPs, and enjoy the quiet & all the stars! Very little light pollution so saw way more stars than i’ve seen in a while. I would highly recommend this cabin if you are looking to get away from the hustle & bustle, this is the place! My only comment would be that there is little to no Wi-fi but that was to be expected & is mentioned in the amenities. Thanks Cheyenne for being so responsive, you are truly a superhost!

Great place for family. Very cozy and clean. My only issue is that the Wifi never worked, but that's no deal breaker

This cabin was absolutely perfect for my wife and I and our three boys (14,12,11). After a long day of hiking and checking out the amazing trees and views, Cheyenne’s place was a great place to relax and enjoy nature. VERY CLEAN cabin in the wilderness and super close to Grant Grove and the Visitor Center! Made it a breeze to hit the food market and gift shop! Beds were comfy and had plenty of blankets on a cool night. Great place!

The cabin was more wonderful than the pictures show! A beautiful area within the National Park. I highly recommend staying here.
