Srinu, the caretaker, was great. He was very responsive to any issues we had. The cleaning staff, who came daily, were fast and efficient. The place was also very spacious for our group of four adults and three children. We also liked having access to a washer so we could take full advantage of apartment-like living while on vacation. We never had any issues with the wi-fi or hot water. On the negative side, the linen and dishes were showing signs of age, stained, etc. The kitchen was only sort-of stocked and we had to utilize our own items to have a fully functioning kitchen. The main hall sink started to leak and was never fixed while we were there. This was a minor inconvenience as it was shut off and we used other sinks. The positives outweigh the negatives and overall we enjoyed our experience. The caretaker was what really made our stay enjoyable.
