We stayed at Thomas's place for 2 nights and the location was great. Walkable to the town in minutes but not too close that all the noise from the clubs can be heard. Parking was a little tricky as all the permit parking was taken. Whilst we were left permits we got there late and had to park 2 minutes round the corner in a pay and display but this wasn't an issue as it was all close and not too expensive to park in. We managed to find a parking spot on the 2nd day. Place was clean and tidy. I'd definitely stop here again if I was returning to Torquay in the future. Thomas sent clear instructions on checking in, gate entry, key access and everything that was needed. Had no issues during the stay.

This well-appointed apartment with its central location offers all that is outlined in the listing, and more. I found it functional and comfortable, and had a really nice stay.

Absolutely loved our short stay at Thomas's place in Torquay. Despite not even being a 5 min walk away from the harbour, pubs and clubs, it was super quiet on a night time. We were worried about parking due to the location but managed to get a space right outside and the parking permits were very handy. Bed was really comfy, pillow was a little lumpy so wish I had brought my own but everything else was superb. Bed linen was crisp, clean and good quality. Wonderful little apartment with everything you could need. Will definitely be back and the price point made the stay an absolute bargain. Thank you Thomas 😊

Thomas was a fantastic host and the place was so sweet and serene. It's an easy walk around town and even during "off-season" there is plenty of stuff to do. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!
