A beautiful house which had everything we would expect, including a welcome pack, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The house is in a fantastic location - minutes from the sea and convenient for Hunstanton town itself. The house is very spacious and well equipped and had a lovely homely feel about it. No garden as such, but a very nice patio area to sit out and enjoy the sun. Plenty of on-street parking so this was never a problem for us. Hunstanton has other beaches nearby and Sandringham is a 20 minute car journey. We had a relaxing stay at Maddie’s and the house and location was a hit with our party of six friends. Spacious bedrooms and clean bedding. Would definitely recommend and return to this property if we found ourselves in the area again.

We found Madeleine to be very helpful and she kindly gave us access to the house early, as it was a most miserable, wet day. The house was great and really worked with our mixed age, family group. The house itself was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped and we all really liked lots of the quirky decoration. We had a wonderful stay!

This is a fantastic house. Every single room is lovely. The lounge is cosy with plenty of seating and a log burner if you want to use it. The separate dining room is brilliant for a large gathering. Plenty of room at the table. The kitchen has everything you need. Clean and tidy with lots of surfaces and storage. Great to have a downstairs shower and loo. Bedrooms great. The double rooms were so spacious, but the twin room was fine too. Bunk beds in 4th bedroom which were fine. Lovely clean and spacious bathroom upstairs with shower gel etc and separate loo which is handy when there's lots of you. There were 7 adults in our party and there was loads of space. We just immediately felt at home. We visited in March, but a nice little seating area outside for the summer months. Madeleine was BRILLIANT. Such great communication. House easy to find and two minutes walk to the sea front. Easy to access with code etc and spare keys. I would recommend this house 100%. There are no negatives!

We had a fabulous stay - only complaint was my fault - I told the 'adults' that there was Sky and they assumed Sky Sports - so they had to go to the pub to watch the football :) An excellent location to the beach and amenities - gorgeous house! Thank you also for the recommendations for Sunday lunch - we went to the Orange Tree in Thornham - beautiful lunch
