I’ll start with the positive. The location was great and it was super special to be right on the ocean. Sara the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. The Midweek cleaning was also really nice. Unfortunately, I have to share the negatives about staying at this spot so the next guests can have a better idea of what to expect. The house gets insanely hot. The ceiling fans go at a such a slow speed and the house can’t really cool off because of the way the house is built. It’s hard to cook and hang out in the house comfortably which defeats the purpose of having an Airbnb rental.. The two rooms facing the ocean are the only ones worth staying in, and one of them has a mattress so hard and small my family member had to change rooms, and all the rooms not facing the oceans are insanely hot and stuffy and smell horrible. Lots of bugs and ants and cockroaches inside the house which makes the house feel dirty. For $300 plus a night the value is just not there for what you get..

Ce logement est plus que magnifique pour être entre amis comme nous l'étions, ou en famille. Accès simple pour Mazunte ou Zipolite, en sachant qu'avec de la chance vous pouvez trouver le gérant en sortant de chez vous et qui vous propose gentillement de vous déposer. Une maison spacieuse, ouverte et acccès directe à la plage (quasi plage privée suivant la période de l'année à laquelle vous allez :D). Il n'y a pas de gros restos à côté mais des petits qui servent de la nourriture locale. Des petites tiendas pour acheter ce qui manque (principalement de la bière quand on est au Mexique ^^ ), mais sinon les courses se font facilement à Mazunte. L'acceuil a été génial et ils nous ont toujours aidé rapidement dès que l'on cherchait quelque-chose ( service lessive - colectivos pour se déplacer par la suite- et autres..) Nous vous remercions tous et espèrons repasser par là assez rapidement!!

La casa está en un lugar muy privilegiado, tiene acceso directo a la playa, cerca de la casa hay pequeños supermercados y muy buenos restaurantes. Zipolite está a solo 7 minutos manejando, la verdad recomiendo mucho este lugar si quieres tener unas vacaciones con amigos o familia muy relajantes.
