WOW WOW WOW!This place was absolutely incredible! The pictures don't even do it justice. I went with 9 in my group and there was so much space and beauty. The staff were AMAZING. The food was DELICIOUS! We all had the best time! Do yourself a favor and book this spot! It will not dissapoint you! Thank you for an incredible time LAS BANCAS! We will be back!

The property is stunning. The staff was awesome. Our room was stolen from so be careful here as there is no way to lock your doors or lock up your valuables. We had the room with the King bed and large bathroom. We felt secure from theft so didn't take many precautions. It seems some people came on to the property through the jungle and waited until we were gone to go into our room to steal. That's what I want to believe because I really don't want to believe it was an inside job. The people on staff were all so sweet and genuine. We did see two men from our balcony walking through the jungle by our room the first or second morning. We assumed they worked for the property but were told they did not work for the property later after reporting this when our items went missing. Aside from that, the property was great and the chef's made it a real treat.

The location is amazing if you want to getaway! There’s no cell reception only wifi in the main living/dining area. It’s paradise! We went in July and the weather was 32 C/90 F it was extremely hot and humid but the beach and pool were amazing for the weather. I had my 10 month old infant and that was a challenge with the hot weather as the rooms architecture is designed for open living, the AC cooled the room about 1 degree C cooler. We had to sleep with a standing fan aiming at our baby at all times. There’s also only 1 standing fan in the property. Every room has ceiling fans but they just weren’t enough. We did encounter small animals in our rooms like bats, crabs, small snakes. We got so used to them we just slept with them in our room at the end of the week. They’re very scared of humans so they run when you get near. We had an administrative mishap as the chef canceled the night before our stay but Carlos and the staff went out of their way to get us another cook.

La playa privada no tiene precio. La vista de la puesta del sol es inmejorable. Los anfitriones son sumanente claros en su comunicacion, hospitalarios, flexibles y con una actitud de servicio extraordinaria. La alberca es una maravilla, no recuerdo la ultima vez que pase tanto tiempo sin salirme de una alberca. La comida que preparan se saco un 10! Lo unico que recomende al administrador es sellar bien las villas para que los aires acondicionados enfrien correctamente y comento que ya estaba atendiendose, ya que en tiempo de calor es muy dificil dormir, asi que si no estas tan acostumbrado a dormir con calor te sugiero preguntar si esta parte ya fue resuelta. El lugar esta en medio de la naturaleza y la fauna local se hace bastante presente, si te gusta convivir con los animales y estar rodeado de cangrejos y bichos por doquier, te sentiras, como yo, en casa. Si eres temeroso de insectos y animalitos, quizas esto te incomode un poco pero yo creo que esto es parte de su encanto.
