We have some issues but Christine was responsive. The kitchen can have better things. Space is great, shower is great. Washer machine was not working properly.

Christine’s home was welcoming, clean and homely. Me and my family felt right at home. The location was perfect to access all areas in Nairobi. The apartment was spacious and accommodating. Christine herself was always responsive and attentive. Definitely will be staying there again. Thanks Christine

Tina was very helpful in getting us to her place. The apartment was clean and spacious. The checkin was also easy. She responded promptly to all questions we asked. I highly recommend this place to any guests requiring a peaceful place to live in while in Nairobi. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Boas, the security guy was also very helpful in attending to our needs. The only confusion l had was with the name on AirBnB listed as Samawati Suite, but the building was actually called Demeure Cloud 9. Despite this confusion during the trip, Tina dropped a pin to me just in time. Thanks Tina for a wonderful stay!

Christine was so helpful. I was not able to check in on time at my other Airbnb reservation but thankfully I found Christine’s apartment and she assisted my fiancée to check in smoothly. Extremely helpful and she made sure my fiancé had a place to stay prior to my arrival. Thank you Christine for your hospitality.
