Great location in Newport! However, other reviews that I read from 2 years ago with things that needed fixing were still not fixed. For example, black mold in the refrigerator water dispenser. Great time with my friends though at the beach and bars in the city.

Check the water dispenser of the refrigerator. The entire thing was covered in black mold. The double doors to the porch were open when we arrived because only one side properly locks only semi-well. One of the Queen beds is very squeaky. Otherwise the bed linens were clean and the space was large enough for our group of 7.

Amazing location-steps to the beach! Plenty of room for our family of 6 and we had a great visit. The pictures do not match the listing and should be updated to show the current condition and beds available.

Great unit centrally located near the center of Newport Beach. Just be aware of the unresponsiveness of the host to question you might have. Unit is spacious but furniture can use some updating
