We spent two weeks at Suchitra’s property as a group of 11, including two young kids. The house was well-supplied and had space for us all to hang out together, but also space for quiet time when the need arose. We noted a few small issues with wear and tear and Suchitra was quick to respond. Overall a great stay, and we hope to book here again! Thank you, Suchitra. 🙂

The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We have been staying at Storey Lake for years, and this was one of our favourites.

Our mid - February week's stay was very comfortable, a great location for Disney Parks and only 1 block from the water park facility on property. Host responded very quickly to address any questions/ concerns. Grandkids 4- 14 loved swimming at the house, the additional recreational room and enjoyed their own bedroom spaces. Pool heater broken. 2 different people sent to fix. Started making buzzer sound every few minutes. Kept us awake. $ refunded for pool heat, but not noise. Hot & cold water backwards in sinks & showers. Toilets filled w/ warm water (explains condensation in prior reviews). Master toilet continuously filling. Handy man came but didn’t fix. We ended up shutting it off. Manager said he was going to call plumber, but no one came. At check out, we found that one full size mattress was too disgusting to describe here & didn’t have a protector. Supposed to have shampoo/conditioner in all the bathrooms (we only had 1 bottle for the entire house), 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (we had 1 in each), 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods (we had 1 of each). Larger coffee maker had no carafe & small coffee maker is insufficient in a house for 16 people. We mentioned these things at check in, but were never provided with the missing supplies or offered a refund for purchasing them ourselves.
