Nick is a superior host and we will rent from him every time we’re in Ann Arbor! He is responsive and flexible, and his attention to detail is amazing! We love Nick’s place and will stay again whenever we’re in Ann Arbor!

Great stay……comfortable house….good proximity to everything. Nick was very accommodating and his communication was top-notch. I highly recommend and I will be back.

Very nice house, we’ll decorated with lots of seating options, and a great fireplace. Kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the coffee set up. There is a bit of highway noise, but it didn’t bother us at all.

We originally chose this house for the location as it’s within reasonable walking distance to the Big House and because it accommodated our group of 8. After arriving, we were quickly blown away by the cleanliness of the entire house, the amenities offered, and the cozy, comforting feeling of being at home. Nick made check-in a breeze, had easy but detailed instructions on everything we could possibly have questions on during our stay, and had excellent communication from booking to checkout. We highly recommend and will definitely be back for our next Michigan game!
