We stayed for four nights as a family of two adults and two kids. As mentioned in the listing, this listing is for two apartments that are joined by an entrance way and another door. This was absolutely perfect for our family as there was loads of space, it was private, and we felt safe. There’s a view out to the airport, which is nice to see all the planes taking off and landing. The carpet and some of the furniture is a little tired, however, the place was clean and we felt it was very good value for money. There was a few maintenance issues and things missing from the apartment when we stayed, however, StripViewSuites were incredibly quick to respond to any questions and very easy to deal with. I’ll be delighted to stay here again if I came back to Las Vegas.

False advertisement! First of this is NOT a suite with 2 bedrooms, but instead it’s 2 separate rooms. This was an issue for a couple reasons. First, we are a family with multiple children and because of this my husband I had to stay in separate rooms to not leave the kids unattended. Second, when we arrived we were charged a deposit for EACH room. The hotel stayed to take this up with the airbnb owner. The owner/management company stated “ The listing is for a 2-bedroom type and the refundable deposit required by Hotel as policy will be $100 per room”. No problem if it’s just a “hold” on the room but $400 was taken out of our bank. The free valet was a joke. They were always “full”. One night we parked at the MGM and had to walk a good 10 minutes through the casino to get to our room, the second night they stated free valet was full but we could park for a $20 charge. The lazy river is not on property as the photo makes it appear. It is a 5-10 min walk to the MGM.

We enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature Penthouse suite, however it is a bit tired and in need of a renovation. Not terrible, but the carpet and furnishings could use an update for sure. It would be nice if the hosts included things like Salt & Pepper and pizza pan and a few more things for the kitchen. The outdoor patio is absolutely huge and spans 1/4 of the building. The suite faces the airport so no real view of the strip, but I actually enjoyed the airport view better than a strip view, watching the planes come and go was fascinating. The exclusivity of the 38th floor made us feel special. Easy booking and clear communication. The location and amenities are good, although we were there during spring break (last week of March) and the lazy river wasn't open and the pools closed at 4:50 everyday which was very disappointing considering it was warm. We did have a problem where the hotel security barged into our room without knocking. Something about the master key being lost.
