Perfect location - very close to Beaver Creek, and just a few minutes away from Vail. This place has fantastic floor to ceiling windows which makes it feel like you are sitting outside, even when you are cruising in the warm living room. Nice wood pellet stove gives you enough warmth to feel cozy. There's a sauna upstairs which was very helpful for relaxing sore muscles after a full day of skiing. Kimberly checked in often with us to make sure that everything was going ok and if we had any issues, she was fast to respond. Highly recommend.

A very cozy and convenient place to stay in Avon. Within minutes drive of Beaver Creek and not far from Vail either. This place was very comfortable for the four of us, and had all the amenities we needed to make a weekend trip great.

We had an amazing time at Kimberly’s place. Her place was spacious, clean, and in the evenings very cozy when we used their wood burning stove! Kimberly was very proactive in making sure we were ok and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to make dinners each evening for the us and the kids. Kimberly also made sure we had supplies like soaps and paper products for the bathrooms. Just a wonderful stay for our family ski vacation!

A nice stay in the mountains! We came to go skiing and had a wonderful time. The sauna was a treat. We’re glad we got a car rental and were dropped off at Beaver Creek because the public bus was a 30min trip and driving was 5min.
