Great place in super condition for an old home. It is an easy walk to the local places. If you want to be I. The French Quarter then this is not the place for you. But it isn’t hard to get to the streetcar and the neighborhood is very walkable.

We rented Andrew's shotgun house for a month and would gladly GLADLY visit again. We immediately felt at home in the beautiful, well provisioned, thoughtfully designed home. The home is full of lovely art which elevated the experience even further. The home was absolutely spotless, the kitchen is well stocked and very easy to cook in, and the outdoor space is very inviting. Andrew and Erin went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. Their home contains very comfortable beds, pillows, linens, towels, rugs, and furniture. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk and wander. Magazine Street and all that it has to offer is just a stroll away. There is a parking space if you have a car, but you can also easily get around the city with bikes or ubers. If you have a chance to visit New Orleans you should absolutely consider staying at Andrew's place. You will be comfortable, conveniently located, and in very good hands.

From the inquiry to checkout, Andrew was fantastic! We rented a Tesla… and upon making sure it would be able to be charged.. he was very kind and thorough. Before arriving, Andrew made sure all was set to go. Local recommendations- a hit! The charm and decor was amazing as well. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy our first trip to New Orleans!! Fantastic home, host and surroundings. Hoping to be able to return again :)

We absolutely loved the house, everything about it was just perfect. Andrew was incredibly helpful and communication was clear and easy. The location is great, with a very vibrant walkable neighborhood and it is especially convenient for enjoying Mardi Gras. The house is beautiful, with local artwork and also modern technology amenities, and the rooms are in a perfect layout/design. It was as clean or better than ANY place we've ever been. Awesome outdoor patio areas and the guide book is thoughtful and complete. This place truly helped us feel really good about our vacation choice, and I look forward to returning when I can do so.
