This is a good place to stay if you want a good location to restaurants and shops. It gives you great access and location is its biggest plus point. The apartment is also well organized. Kitchen has a lot of tools to enjoy aperitif and cooking. Linens are good. Generally quite comfortable. There is a lot of street noise - but this is expected due to proximity of the main port. Would have been great if laundry and dishwasher detergents were available. Also - simple items like oil, salt and pepper would have been great.

Je recommande ce logement ainsi que les hôtes à 100%. Accueil des hôtes au top, ils ont gentiment acceptés de nous accueillir avant l’heure prévue et avec des petites douceurs du coin en cadeau. L’appartement est très beau, confortable et bien équipé. Situation idéale pour un séjour dans le coin, à 2 pas du centre, du port et à 10min de la plage! A refaire sans hésitation pour un prochain séjour !

The apartment is great, the location is very good with convenient parking and the furniture is absolutely beautiful. However, when we checked in, the owner asked us for a deposit of 1500€ , which is outside the airbnb platform. They are a private landlord and they claim that the deposit is stated on the airbnb rental description. We checked the Airbnb website and asked the customer service, it is not legal to charge a deposit and sign a contract outside of the airbnb platform, this information is easy to find on the airbnb website. They return the deposit when you check out, but they have the possibility to take the money away, because it is a transaction outside the airbnb platform and is not protected in any way. The host can claim compensation for damaged furniture on the airbnb platform and withhold the deposit paid to them at the same time. So hopefully future residents will read this review and if it is acceptable to take a deposit outside of the airbnb platform, then this is a perfect apartment for you and the host is friendly.
