Located 1 hour from Charlotte, Greensboro & Boone. Our home is surrounded by award winning wineries and boasts the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the front porch rockers with a cup of hot coffee crafted from your own coffee bar or throw a steak on the grill and enjoy good home cooking. With that in mind, please note the closest town with restaurants & stores is 10 miles away. There are no Ubers, no Door Dashers. My son lives here part time, therefore the home is fully furnished with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The MAIN floor of the home has a large living and dining room with enough seating for a large group. A kitchen, 1 bathroom with a bathtub/shower, 1 guest bath with a shower only, laundry room, along with 2 bedrooms complete the main floor to the home . The master bedroom has a king bed and the other a queen. The basement is furnished with a queen bed, large sectional sofa and separate living quarters with a 50" flat screen tv. Great area for kids to play games. The basement living quarters does not have any windows for any natural light, nor is there a bathroom downstairs. There is no air conditioning in the basement, however it never tends to get hot. There are several fans, if needed.
