The space is extremely flexible and great for a couples night away, a huge birthday party, weddings, receptions, baby showers and surprise events. We have an acre in the backyard, but won’t have to worry about any bears here, just a couple of super friendly chickens that love treats. Save your eggshells, they’ll love you forever if you break them up and feed as a treat with leftovers. The hot tub, smokeless fire pit and all seating areas are all available for your use. You’ll enjoy a new bath house, complete with a heated shower head and a natures head composting toilet. Please remember this is still a camping experience so the water is not super hot- it does reach 93 degrees. Be sure to bring a package of firewood if you plan to have a fire during the summer months. The smokeless fire pit doubles as a grill, and we provide marshmallows and roasting skewers while here. You’re welcome to bring something to grill, we provide utensils and seasonings and have a regular propane grill as well. If you plan to cook on a fire, lowes or HD have perfectly sized packages of firewood. If you’d like for us to place a pre-packaged salmon plank and fire-ready pan of vegetables in the yurt for you, let us know- it’s $40 extra. Marinated chicken or filet mignon are also available from our chef. If you’d rather do less work- Ask us for contact information for a private chef to provide dinner on-site. For DOUBLE date nights, wedding retreats or family glamping trips, the RV, Camp Joy, can be added to provide a shared date. camp Joy includes its own campground space with totally separate sleeping areas. Each space sleeps only sleeps ONE couple, the first couple will get the yurt, the second two will trigger pricing for the RV. ($180 per couple) to be added, which includes the cleaning fee for the RV. Please be aware that the honeypot must be booked first to trigger this pricing. There are also 4 twin beds if you bring the kids and the cost is $25/pp for the twin beds.. Kids are $25/night for extra sleeping bags for the honeypot, up to 3. Kids under age 16 are not allowed in the hot tub. Be sure to inbox us if you’re just bringing kids so we can send the correct rate. Both spaces feature memory foam Queen beds with great bedding, fire pits and cooking equipment. Bring your best friends and make a weekend of it!
