Wow this place is better than the photos!! We had booked an all inclusive that did not work out and Marcela was too our rescue with a better vacation than we could have imagined. The rooms are HUGE with a beautiful view of PV bay. We saw fireworks over the ocean every night. The pools were heated, spa wonderful and staff kind and attentive. The literal only negative I can think of is it’s in the hillside so there are many steps throughout the property so if you have mobility issues it’s not the right spot for you. Although most places in this area of PV would be the same. Being on the hill though creates the most breathtaking views in which photos do not do justice. Restaurant is never busy but food is still good. Margaritas at the pool delicious. Hotel has many staff and feels completely safe and quiet. Waterfalls throughout the property aid in the tropical oasis atmosphere. 8 minute walk to shops beach and restaurants. Don’t look elsewhere!

The property and room were amazing. We had a very spacsiousdouble bedroom apartment on the 4th floor. The doors to the balcony and overlooking the pool area slide open to make for true indoor/outdoor living, which we loved. When we did close up the doors, the A/C was very good and kept the apartment very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well appointed although we only used it for morning coffees and the occasional reheat of some leftovers. The pools and garden are wonderful. Special thanks to Pancho our bartender who took great care of us all week long. The walk to the beach and to the old town are definitely doable (we did it many times) but the road way is busy and hilly. It may not be suitable for everyone, especially walking back up the hill. Fortunately, UBER was easy to get and very cheap. I would definitely recommend this to my friends looking for a 5 star vacation
