Jeremy was very responsive and the process was very smooth from getting in to leaving at the end of our stay. The place was very clean and in great shape. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is adorably decorated. I appreciated the at home feel of snacks on the counter and drinks available in the fridge since we arrived late with no time to shop immediately. It was all the little extras that made this place an amazing space!

We enjoyed staying at Jeremy's Airbnb this November for a football weekend! The location is central to a big shopping area. The inside of the apartment is outfitted with all kinds of smart devices, such as the doors, lamps, and central HVAC. One perk that we really appreciated - a lot - was that the hosts left snacks, drinks, and cooking essentials like oil and spices for us to use. Be aware that there is a ring camera inside the apartment as noted on the listing, but it faces the door. We got used to it by the end of the visit. Thanks again for a lovely weekend away!

This is a great place to stay in Gainesville close to the university! My husband and I stayed here for a football game. The location is perfect and the community is safe and quiet. The townhome was very nice and clean!! I cannot express how important that was to us. The price was a great deal, considering how expensive a hotel can be on a big game day. Jeremy was very accommodating and detailed in his instructions and quickly answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend staying here when you come to Gainesville!!
