How lucky it was to discover this beautiful Sea Ranch, CA home owned by Kyle. The home was large and spacious, perfectly fitting for the grandkids, clean and well-supplied for vacation timing. Whether we cooked and dined inside or drove out and away for dinner made no difference. Both moves worked out perfectly! Kyle made sure his house was clean, perfectly furnished, and supplied with numerous other things that made it fun for the kids! We slept well, showered clean, walked around the neighborhood in peace, and found everything we needed (and even more!) One of my best and favorite Airbnb vacation homes and place. Can't wait to return! I highly recommend this home on the coast of California!

I have been following The Wild Kindness on IG for some time and was eager to stay there, and our stay did not disappoint. It looks as incredible as the photographs, the house is thoughtfully updated, and the kitchen very well stocked. It was also one of the first times I stayed at an Airbnb that supplies fresh coffee beans. Kyle was highly responsive, and the guides helped inform our plans. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this home. We had a relaxing weekend, listening to music on the record player, enjoying reading by the fire, and finishing jigsaws together. On our drive, we picked up pizza from Twofish Bakery, ate at the Sea Ranch Lodge, and collected groceries from Gualala and Surf Market.

We had a wonderful time at Kyle's lovely home and enjoyed the fireplace, great record collection, and nearby walking trails to the ocean. The home and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Kyle provided all of the information we needed for a smooth stay from beginning to end. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay at Kyles’s place in Sea Ranch. The hose was very responsive and proactive with providing suggestions and guides for local activities/food. The house was lovely - beautifully designed, clean and comfy. We were traveling with our toddler and appreciated the kid-friendly touches around the house (she enjoyed reading books in the cubby under the stairs). Would definitely stay again!
