Escape to a peaceful retreat in Percy Wood and enjoy the ideal romantic getaway or family holiday - yes, we are also pet friendly! *please note there is a charge for dogs Spread out in the open plan living and dining space, furnished with cosy and comfortable furnishings, perfect for settling in and relaxing. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a spacious living room with two chairs and a sofa a TV with Netflix, The double bedroom includes a king size bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Our outdoors in the sunny garden area – furnished with comfy patio furniture, two sun loungers and giving views of the woods – or you can go and enjoy complimentary use of our 18-hole golf course The Bari Bar Social Club in Swarland village hosts live music on certain weekends and features a small shop on-site. For additional shopping, the closest village shop is in Felton, whilst Alnwick and Morpeth offer a variety of shops. Occasionally, vending vans offering food and sweets can be found near the reception area. Our holiday home is a great place to stay when exploring Northumberland's beautiful coastline and unique destinations. Explore the nearby towns and villages full of great sites and experiences, or relax in the stunning surroundings of Northumberland National Park; it's all on our doorstep! Just a 5-minute drive away lies Warkworth, Alnmouth, the lovely town of Alnwick with its Harry Potter Castle, and the gorgeous Alnwick Gardens. Come join us and have a wonderful time! Had a lovely time at Percy Woods. Kristopher was very helpful and friendly and responded quickly to our messages. The caravan was spotless and the location was great, with plenty of woodland paths for walking the dog. Lots to visit in the area and close to the beach too. A small on-site shop for buying basic items like bread and milk would have been nice, but there are plenty of supermarkets a short drive away in Alnwick. Overall, we spent a great week there and would highly recommend.
5 star with nothing negative to say, the accommodation was accessible, spotless, fresh and exceeded our expectations. Kristopher was easily contactable with regular updates leading upto the break, keeping us abreast with what to expect on arrival, full of recommendations for the surrounding area and clear instructions for entry. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more in the accommodation and were warm and homely the moment we arrived. Every possible scenario was accommodated and with the rather dreary weather we had no concerns about dragging wet clothes and footwear into the lodge as there was even a wet gear drip tray for soggy moments! We intend to visit the area again once the weather improves and will definitely be looking up this little gem as it is so perfectly located and so very peaceful, what a great little find
Had a wonderful stay - caravan is well layed out, well equipped and comfortable. Host very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again as it's nicely positioned to explore this part of Northumberland.

What a wonderful stay at Kristopher’s. Firstly what a superb host, always helpful friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was spotlessly clean extremely well equipped and on a very classy site. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or any other property Kristopher hosts.
