Complimentary sound machines are provided in each bedroom for maximum relaxation. Carolina Beah Fish Camp is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home with rustic hardwood floors throughout. Built in 1931 this home features an original brick chimney and quality craftsmanship only found decades ago. Updated fixtures and finishes throughout are tastefully mixed with touches of the original construction that have been preserved through the generations. •TWO MINUTES TO TOES IN SAND!• Conveniently located near two beach accesses and a short walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. Plenty of parking is available at the home with the ability to fit up to 6 cars. •Living Area• The living room features a cream slipcovered sofa and light grey swivel accent chairs. Paired with ottomans to kick your feet up and vintage 1970's rattan coffee and end table. The 55" Smart TV has a digital antenna to bring the basics to you including ABC, NBC and FX channels and Smart TV features for all your streaming needs! Also provided is an air purifier, accent lighting and ceiling fan. Don't forget to open up the plantation shutters for peaks of the Canal while you sip your morning coffee. •Primary Bedroom• The Primary Suite is upstairs and features a large bedroom area complete with exposed brick accents from the chimney, original hardwood floors and plantation shutters for maximum natural light control. Most importantly a King Sized luxury firm mattress provides comfort and support while dressed in crisp clean white linens. A 55" TV is available with a digital antenna, Roku, air purifier, tower fan, LectraFan sound machine and charging ports on each nightstand. Additionally this bedroom features a hanging rack for clothes and a wall mounted drying rack for wet clothes or bathing suits. Adjacent to the bedroom is a sprawling bathroom. Complete with a jacuzzi tub, double sinks and plenty of natural light from the sky light. Complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Bath Linens always included. Our cleaning fee includes providing professionally cleaned bed and bath linens for each stay. We provide freshly laundered sheets, pillow cases, bed quilts, towels (2), hand towels (2), and wash cloths (2) and bath mat (1) per stay. Additional bath linens can be provided upon request for a fee of $15 per set (set includes bath towel (1), hand towel (1) and wash cloth (1). •Guest Room One• Located on the first floor on the front of the home this room features a King Sized bed, with a luxury firm mattress for comfort and support. A 32" TV with digital antenna, Roku, charging stations on each nightstand and a LectraFan sound machine. A large closet provides plenty of space for storage. The best part of the room is the double door entry on to the front porch. Take peeks of the canal from this space! This room is adjacent to a full bathroom located in the hallway. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and plenty of natural light from the transom window. Complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Bath Linens always included. Our cleaning fee includes providing professionally cleaned bed and bath linens. The room features a Queen mattress, luxury firm feel, and made with bamboo fibers for a supportive and cooling experience. A 24" TV with digital antenna and Roku is located over the dresser, charging stations on each nightstand and a LectraFan sound machine. Experience the ultimate privacy in this cozy space with an en suite bathroom. Complete with a stall shower, sky light and new fixtures. Complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Bath Linens always included. A walk in closet in this room provides plenty of space for clothes and features a wall mounted drying rack for damp clothes, towel or bathing suits. Our cleaning fee includes providing professionally cleaned bed and bath linens. Additional bath linens can be provided upon request for a fee of $15 per set (set includes bath towel (1), hand towel (1) and wash cloth (1). •Kitchen and Dining• Enjoy a meal at home with this state of the art kitchen. Top notch stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with any kitchen tool needed all you have to provide is the family and the food! Samsung gas range, Samsung refrigerator with ice maker and a garbage disposal in the deep enamel coated sink make cooking and clean up a breeze. Complimentary dish soap, dishwasher detergent, new individually wrapped sponge and 1 roll of paper towels are provided. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the sink. Adjacent to the kitchen is dining for 6 on a solid wood, custom finished dining table with bench seating and four chairs. Near the dining table is the beverage station stocked with complimentary coffee, coffee pot, wine glasses and bar tools. Laundry is located in the kitchen area and features a front loader Whirlpool washer and dryer. Complimentary laundry detergent, dryer sheets and basic cleaning essentials can be found here. •Outdoor Spaces• The front porch is perfect for sipping and reading. Watch the cars go by, boats cruise through with peaks of the Canal to the left and right; we are located near all the action. A ceiling fan provides a breeze and locking fabric stair gate let's Fido enjoy the sights and sounds leash free with you. Head to the back porch if you prefer a more quiet and private experience. This large deck features a dining area for 6, sitting area and a serving bar. Also on the back deck is a large, stainless steel grill. This propane grill is tied into the gas tank for the house, so there is no hassel with empty tanks! This area also has a fabric locking stair gate to allow the four leggeds to join you! •Fido• While we do not provide a dog bed, we do have treats, food / water bowls and pet waste bags available to welcome your four legged babies.
