The 2-bed setup offered a stunning sea view from the decking, which was perfect for enjoying a beer or glass of wine in the evening. Gated property and driveway provided security. While the kitchen was well-equipped, some quirks included only 2 working hob rings and faded oven markings. The villa though spacious, showed signs of age with temperamental electrics and cleanliness. Despite these flaws, the villa served as an ideal base for hikes, with a nearby trail PR18 Levada do Rei just a 3-minute drive away. A car is essential due to the remote location, but the reasonable pricing makes it recommendable for couples or small groups seeking a picturesque Madeira stay. With attention to details and maintenance, this property has the potential to be outstanding. The trip was made special by the truly breathtaking view and tranquility offered by the villa. I would definitely recommend visiting. Airport 40 minutes drive. Closest supermarket 10 drive.

Unterkunft war super. Top Lage, wenn man Ruhe haben möchte und einen Wahnsinnsausblick! Das Haus bietet genug Platz und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man so brauch (inkl. Waschmaschine und Musikbox) Würden wir wieder so buchen. Mit dem Auto super erreichbar, von dort ist man schnell bei den ersten Wandergelegenheiten. Einziges Manko ist, dass man die Feuchtigkeit und damit einen gewissen Geruch schwer aus der Wohnung bekommt.

Die Wohnung war prinzipiell sauber geputzt. Leider war die Wohnung jedoch sehr feucht. Dadurch entstanden unangenehme Gerüche. Vor allem im unteren Schlafzimmer mussten wir permanent Lüften. Bestimmt ist die Feuchtigkeit im Sommer kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist von der Einteilung und Ausstattung ansonsten sehr gelungen. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat bestens geklappt.

The house is in an awesome location with a beautiful view and is also very well equiped (Kitchen with everything you wish for including coffee capsule machine) and clean. However we can only give 4 stars because the isolation in the upper bedroom is not great so there was a lot humidity which led to a humid smell of the bedroom and our belongings. The house was also a bit dark and the furniture could be a bit more comfortable, but this is a minor drawback - all in all it is a nice guest house and the view definetelly makes up for the minor inconviniences. Thanks for having us!
