George is an amazing guy. Responsive, friendly, accommodating. The place is gorgeous, the views and outdoor space allow you to enjoy Athen's in your own privacy. The beds are comfortable and the place is spotless. Nice touch to have drinks you can buy outside the flat. 100% staying again. I recommended to my entire family for the summer when we come back. ευχαριστω πολυ φιλε μου!

This place is in a great, safe location and the view was amazing. The apartment served our needs well and is nicely laid out. Street parking is extremely hard to find though - I would often have to circle around the block 3 or 4 times to find a spot, often on street over. We couldn’t seem to get the air conditioner working in the second bedroom but the one in the main worked great. George and Joanna gave great instructions and were clear up front about expectations and how to get into the place.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist schön groß und die Terrasse natürlich unschlagbar. Die Aussicht ist einfach klasse. Die Küche ist leider nicht so gut ausgestattet oder die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten z.B. nur ein sehr stumpfes Küchenmesser. Insgesamt würden wir aber jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett, mit vielen Cafés und die gesamte Stadt ist von dort sehr gut erreichbar. Zur Akropolis sind es z.B. nur zwanzig Minuten.

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time! It was easy to get to and easy to find. About 20-35 minutes walking from most places we wanted to go with good access to public transport as well (buses were more useful than the Metro from here). The flat itself was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the terrace was incredible!! We only wish we'd planned to spend more time there to make the most of it in the evening! The surrounding area was livley in the evening and had a good mix of food and bars, but was quite from the flat so no disturbaces. Thankyou George and Joanna for a lovely stay!
