We were disappointed on arrival, to find the elevator was unusable due to dirty laundry and trash. The beds were made as if they were freshly made. However, we checked and the linen was clearly dirty. I felt like we were tricked to thinking beds were all set. When we left, we made sure to strip the beds so the cleaning people knew they had to put clean bed sheets on. I think this should be in the departure instructions. Overall, the house was very nice and exactly as the pictures showed. We had a good week.

Great location on the Sound Side! Peaceful setting, beautiful sunsets, and easy to find. Plenty of space for our large group including a bathroom in every bedroom. The elevator was great for luggage. The pool was fantastic for all ages and the hot tub was also enjoyed. Several group members didn't even leave the house during our stay! We enjoyed the long pier for the view, kite flying and fishing. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies needed to cook our meals. Public beach access (Shad Street) was close by with plenty of parking. The "walkable" access was not walkable in our opinion. Only cons were the downstairs fridge never worked during our stay (was unplugged when we got here and had a funky smell), and the front porch and decks need a good power washing. Bugs are prevalent being on the sound side so bring that bug spray! We enjoyed Corolla so much and the house was perfect for what our group needed to enjoy our family vacation.

This home is a beautiful new construction property with prime access to the sound and gorgeous sunset views. The property has all the amenities you want for a relaxing hang with your family at the beach - including an elevator which made this an incredible property for our elderly stepfather.
