Excellent location for beach, Pier Ave, Greenbelt, and fun restaurants and shops. We had a flood in our home and stayed at Connies for 6 weeks. It was cozy, clean, and fully equipped to make us feel like we were at home and on vacation at the same time.

The location and configuration were great, just what we were looking for. Proximity to downtown Hermosa and dog walks were terrific. The two large beds were comfortable though one of our kids needed to double up a mattress on one of the bunk beds to make it more comfortable. The seating around the TV looks nice but isn't comfortable. Couches are too soft with little back support. Kitchen was well stocked and Connie quickly had a few things delivered that were missing. Connie was easy to communicate with and helpful when we needed her.

Connie’s place is truly wonderful. Excellent location - right by Pier Ave, the beach, and green belt. It is one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed, which was great for our long term rental situation. Connie is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The house is totally redone and beautifully furnished as well. Would love to stay here again!

Stunning home in great location! We really enjoyed our stay in Connies' house. The place was spotless when we arrived. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes, with the Pier being a few more minutes. The internet was fast for working at home and there were lots of comfortable work spaces. We loved the creative seashell display in the coffee table! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking including oil and spices. Water pressure was great for hot showers. The home provided everything we would want and more for an enjoyable long-term stay at the beach. We had some friends come down on the weekends to hang at the beach so having plenty of beach chairs, towels ,toys and beach umbrellas was a plus. The sunsets were gorgeous! Also was able to walk to farmers market on a couple of occasions. Connie recommended $5.00 burgers on Wednesdays at Rebel Republic in Redondo Beach and they were delicious. Great Recommendation! The laundry is located in the garage. The garage did fit both our cars. Friends had no problem finding parking nearby. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Any issues we had she promptly took care of. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Amazing place to stay! We were here for 5 weeks and loved it. Close to beach, restaurants, and park. Hardly needed a car. Quiet area for working from home, WIFI was fast. Beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and super convenient cooler bag were provided along with ice packs. All the appliances were brand new. We might have been the first people to use them. Place looks newly remodeled! Tastefully done. Loved the décor. There was 5 of us most of the time, had friends come and stay with us for part of the time. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Host was responsive with great communication throughout the entire time …very sweet lady. I Would definitely recommend staying here. Everything you need is provided for a long-term stay.
