The house is dated and needs some upkeep/handwork done The kitchen utensils/plates/cups etc had been put back dirty and not checked meaning we needed to wash everything prior to use The place was musty and we had a hard time keeping the dampness out, though it did rain our entire stay on checkout, there was an issue/misunderstanding and we found the host to be very accusing and rude. Rather than approach us with a question she accused us of something we had not done. We were happy to resolve the issue but did not appreciate the approach or response from the host

Et flott hus for oss ni i et frodig og fredelig «eco-erstate» med strender og «infinity pools» på området. Vi fikk besøk av kenguruer og busk kalkuner første dag😊. Huset ligger avskjermet i skogen. Det er stort, veldig godt utstyrt, og det var rent og ryddig. Vi trivdes spesielt godt ute på den store, overbygde terrassen. Perfekt for en storfamilie (vi var 5 voksne, 1 ungdom og 3 barn). Rebecca svarte raskt på henvendelser helt fra vi bestilte. Agnes Water og 1770 var et flott sted for avslappende dager. Snorkletur ut til Lady Musgrave med 1770Reef var topp😊.

An unreal experience at the Zephyr house in the sunrise estate, perfect for our group of families to relax and enjoy everything that Agnes has to offer, as well as the private pools. An awesome balance of peace and quiet and things to do. Everyone involved loved their time there, couldn’t recommend more.
