Wow! what a location, what a view and what a house! This was perfect for us in every way. Cemaes itself is lovely and not too crowded with lots of lovely walks. The house had an amazing view of the beach from the windows and balcony. The house was spotless and had loads of room. It was decorated to a very high standards with lots of little added touches like a welcome box, blankets and bits for the dog, if you brought one. I can’t wait to book this place again. A real gem of a place. Easily 5 stars.
A brilliantly positioned house with beautiful views over Cemaes Bay . 50 m from a pub , a local ( small) Morrisons and a beach . 3 bedrooms on ground floor , 1 on upper . I’ve never stayed in a better equipped house - we cooked in , and had everything that we needed to do so with ease. Lots of thoughtful touches ( warm throws for on the balcony , games , books , maps , chocolate and cake along with milk in the fridge , coffees and tea bags) . Towels only standard bath and not bath sheets but lovely , thick and fluffy . Great walks in both directions from the house . I was there with my 3 grown up children as part of my 60 th celebrations - had such a special time , greatly assisted by having such a lovely place to stay - and we were super lucky with the weather !

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The house was spotless with everything we needed for 4 of us adults and a toddler. The balcony was beautiful to sit out on every morning with a cuppa and it was very safe for my 2 year old to play on. The beds were perhaps some of the comfiest I've ever slept in! There isn't much to do in the surrounding area, but that worked perfectly for us as we just wanted some relaxation, peace and quiet. The beach was beautiful, and there was a lovely little river walk just below the property. I would definitely come back and stay at the property again, we were very sad to leave!
