Perfect location right near Larcomar! Communicative host!

I spent a wonderful month at Ingrid's home and would highly recommend for anyone who is comfortable being in a Spanish speaking environment (which was a plus for me as my language skills improved considerably and Ingrid is very patient!). The location is ideal - steps from the Malecon so I was able to walk daily in either direction, for several kilometers right along the top of the oceanside cliffs - gorgeous! In addition, the whole area of Miraflores feels incredibly safe so even as a single woman, I was comfortable walking quite late at night to Ingrid's home and the apartment itself has a secure entrance. My room had its own lock and I never once worried about leaving my belongings at her home - I did several weekend excursions where I left cash, my computer and credit cards in the room without any concerns. The only downside is laundry - there are places to have laundry done, at quite a reasonable price, but you do have to leave your clothes for several days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The location is perfect! close to shopping mall Larcomar with ocean views. Janeth is super warm and attentitive, and the place is neat, quite and safe at all times. My top place to stay for in future as well :)

Great month long stay! Seconds away from corner shop, 5mins away from bakery, fruit vendors & chain shop. Nice area, 10-15min walk away from beach. Friendly host and neighbours thank you!

The location is great, close to everything & the place gets cleaned constantly so its pretty tidy. Janeth was very accommodating and provided my own space while still in communication. The bathroom was a bit small and the shower door wasn’t sealed so water leaked on the the tiles., but that was constantly cleaned up too
