Rashit’s house and location were perfect. The open plan living area was ideal for us and we needed easily accessible accommodation with staircase handrails etc. The location is near all local amenities but a bit set back to ensure privacy and tranquility. Everything was clean and well furnished. The garden and pool were properly maintained. Mary was our point of contact while staying here - she was friendly, responsive and very accommodating. She even helped us sort out our flight lost luggage! I would highly recommend this property.

A lovely Villa, perfect for our family holiday. Lots of space in living area, great en-suite bathroom to main bedroom, beautiful pool. We loved our time here, we enjoyed lazy days around the pool and having family lunches on the patio. A perfect peaceful location was just what we wanted. With a 5 minute car journey to local shops and restaurants. Air con in each room, with ceiling fans too. Mary was at the end of the phone if we ever needed anything, an absolutely lovely lady. This is our 8th year coming to Northern Cyprus and this was by far the most relaxing holiday we’ve had. We spent a lot of time at the Villa, with friends and family visiting. It was just perfect for us 💗🧿
