Absolutely fantastic place. Host was amazing and brought by Wagyu steaks for me to choose from. Plan on hosting a family reunion here now.

This is a beautiful property with breath taking views. The host was very nice and always responded very quickly.

We loved the location; quiet and secluded but close to anything we wanted. Our 17 family members all had space and lots to do on the property. The dock and lake are outstanding…like our own private lake. Liked the pontoon boat…kids learned to knee board and liked tubing but not enough hp for skiing. Adults loved touring the lake in the evening. From Atlanta, it was a pretty far drive but we will come back in 2024 or 2025.

This property is unbelievably beautiful. My favorite time was coffee in the mornings on the patio overlooking the river (before the horde of kids woke). It was a perfect place for our family reunion and one in which many great memories were made.

Barbara was absolutely an amazing host. We rented the boat for one of the days during our stay and was caught out in a storm. She reached out to check on us and her husband came to the dock to make sure we made it back safely! The house was beautiful. The only downside was the room with the single bunk beds stayed warm even with the air on. So if you have someone who stays cold all the time I would recommend putting them in that room. The house had almost anything you would need for your stay. We absolutely had the best time. Also, we rented the UTV and thank goodness we did. You do not want to walk to the dock. We were able to see a fox on the side of the cliff while out in the water on the boat & a deer on our way back from the dock in front of the property. Watch out though, Ricky the racoon stole one of my husband's shoes he left outside one night. It is now our go to joke for him! Worth every penny! Thanks again Barbara for everything!
