新建的顶层公寓，配备多种设施-恒温泳池、酒吧和小吃吧、按摩浴缸、健身房、面包店等。公寓设有两间卧室和两间卫生间。阳光明媚的大阳台和屋顶露台。所有设施，如洗衣机、洗碗机和空调。6分钟即可抵达海滩-弗拉门卡海滩（ Flamenca Beach ）和拉泽尼亚海滩（ La Zenia Beach ）。5分钟即可抵达大型购物中心-拉泽尼亚大道（ La Zenia Boulevard ）。隔壁有超市，大楼内有一家面包店。

Helen was really nice hosting us.place is stunning and nice places to visit around.heated pool is really nice even for winter season.nice bar and good gym.flat was very clean and comfortable.definitlly recommended

We had a very nice time at Helena apartment. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the surroundings are great. We used the gym and the worm pool was very nice!

Great apartment with solarium and south balcony. The apartment was clean and tidy. Facilities in the complex are excellent with gym, heated pool, jacuzzis and pool bar. Short walk to many shops restaurants and pubs. I would definitely visit again.

Spenderade en helg nere i Spanien och bodde i Helens lgh i Flamenca Village. Ett område som fortfarande håller på att byggas men där som finns pooler, bar och gym igång för fullt. Byggnationen störde inte oss då vi visste om det. Fin takterrass som vi nyttjade varje kväll. Gångavstånd till strand, marknad och matbutik. Extra plus för fin och snabb kommunikation med värden Helen.
