We had a great time at Chris's place. My wife, five years old and I were visiting Asheville for a getaway and we're looking for something well stocked, clean, and spacious enough. This place met all those requirements - and then some! Close to all the things we wanted to do (short car rides downtown, to River Arts District, freeway to access nature), spotless, and with tons of entertainment (great TV, clean pool, some cool books), we were able to relax and really take in Asheville. Highly recommend this place, especially for families with kids!

Chris’s place in Asheville was a great find. We only booked a few weeks in advance and were so lucky to find this very comfortable, homey residence in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to everything we wanted to do and nice to know that we had our own little “home” to return to at the end of the day. Chris left a nice welcome book with specific check-in, check-out details as well as restaurant recommendations etc. Amenities were great, house was tidy, kitchen well stocked, pool was a bonus! Chris was easy to contact and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this property. Thank-you to our host.

We loved everything about Chris’ place. The location is very convenient for anything you want to do in Asheville, and close enough to the highways when we wanted to get out into the mountains. The house is decked out in cool art and had a really chill vibe to it. The beds were super comfortable too. The pool was clean and the backyard was very peaceful to relax in. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Will be looking to book this spot again for my next Asheville visit!
